Bacon Wrapped Sprouts

Ingredients (serves 4)

½ lb brussels sprouts

Canola oil spray

1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

5 slices centre cut bacon

Instructions

1. Cut your sprouts into halves and add them to a medium sized bowl. Spray very lightly with oil until coated

2. Add the lemon pepper seasoning and toss until sprouts are evenly covered

3. Stack all 5 slices of bacon and cut them into strips by halving them lengthwise and then widthwise so that each piece now becomes 4 pieces.

4. Wrap the sprouts in the bacon. One quarter piece of bacon per sprout.

5. Place them into your air fryer, with the ‘seam’ side facing down. Cook on 400F for 10-15 minutes, checking regularly until desired outcome is reached.

6. Serve and enjoy!
